Once a year if your cat/dog is <10 years of age. Every 6 months once they are >10 years of age. However, the interval may change for pets with pre-existing/chronic conditions.

Should I call a house call vet in an emergency?

No. Please take your pet to an emergency hospital ASAP. Here is a list of emergency hospitals in Singapore.

Is house call suitable for my pet?

House call is suitable for most non-emergency cases and most pets are more comfortable at home. However, there are pets that may do better in an unfamiliar environment or pets that may need sedation for any examination/procedure. If you are uncertain, please feel free to ask us!

What is acupuncture used for?

Acupuncture would typically be used to manage cases of chronic pain, such as that due to osteoarthritis or intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD). It could also be used for certain neurological diseases and idiopathic seizures. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)/ Acupuncture is best used in parallel with western/conventional treatment for synergistic effects.

How can I make an appointment?

Once you have filled up the form here, we will get back to you as soon as possible via WhatsApp. Due to us being on the road most of the time it is difficult to pick up phone calls.

Will you dispense medication? Can I buy long-term medication from you?

Many common medications can be dispensed on the spot during the home appointment. If we do not have it at that time, we can write a prescription for you to pick up at your nearest vet clinic, human pharmacy, or online vet pharmacy such as myanimaldispensary.com. Medication can also be mailed or couriered to owners if needed.

Can I buy long-term medication from you?

For chronic conditions diagnosed from other vets, at least one vet consultation is required, and relevant medical history from the previous vet before we can dispense long-term medication.
